No Bake Granola Bars
Makes about 14-16
Ingredients
200g of Kelkin Pure oats
60 g of Kelkin Chia seeds
60g of Sesame Seeds
4 boxes of Kelkin Raisins (56g)
170g of Kelkin Smooth Peanut Butter
150g of Kelkin Molasses
Method
Line a baking dish with some tinfoil.
Combine the oats, chia seeds and raisins together in a large bowl.
Whisk the peanut butter and molasses together and then pour onto oat mixture. Mix well.
Press mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover with more foil. Press well into the baking dish, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cut into bar shapes, wrap in cling film and keep refrigerated till ready to eat.
They will last two weeks in the fridge.
