Gluten Free Sunshine Smoothie Dessert

INGREDIENTS:



  1. 350g of strawberries, sliced.
  2. 1 large ripe banana.
  3. 100g Blueberries.
  4. 120 ml Kelkin Orange Juice NFC.
  5. 2 ripe nectarines or peaches, stoned and sliced.
  6. 200g Greek yogurt.

METHOD:



  1. Mix the fruit in a bowl and divide between 4 large, chilled sundae glasses..
  2. Roughly chop the banana and blend with the Kelkin Orange Juice NFC and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour over the fruit and serve chilled.
