Gluten Free Sunshine Smoothie Dessert
INGREDIENTS:
- 350g of strawberries, sliced.
- 1 large ripe banana.
- 100g Blueberries.
- 120 ml Kelkin Orange Juice NFC.
- 2 ripe nectarines or peaches, stoned and sliced.
- 200g Greek yogurt.
METHOD:
- Mix the fruit in a bowl and divide between 4 large, chilled sundae glasses..
- Roughly chop the banana and blend with the Kelkin Orange Juice NFC and yogurt until smooth.
- Pour over the fruit and serve chilled.
