Peanut Butter Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ¼ cups of flour.
- 1 ¼ cups of milk.
- 2 tsp of sugar.
- 1 egg.
- 2 ½ tsp of baking powder.
- ¼ cup of Kelkin Smooth Peanut Butter.
- ½ tsp of salt.
- 3 tsp of butter, melted.
- 30g raisins.
METHOD:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat milk with egg and peanut butter until smooth. You may have to use a blender. Add to dry ingredients and beat until well moistened. Lightly butter hot pan. Spoon approx. 1/4 cupful onto pan and a pancake will form. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
