Kelkin Peanut Butter Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 cups of flour.
- 1 1/4 cups of milk.
- 2 tsp of sugar.
- 1 egg.
- 2 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- 1/4 cup of Kelkin Smooth Peanut Butter.
- 1/2 tsp of salt.
- 3 tsp of butter, melted.
METHOD:
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat milk with egg and peanut butter until smooth. You may have to use a blender.
- Add to dry ingredients and beat until well moistened.
- Lightly butter hot pan. Spoon approx. 1/4 cupful onto griddle. A pancake will form. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm and to enhance flavour you may want to add a dollop of whipped cream.
