Kelkin Gluten Free Bruschetta with Olives
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Kelkin Gluten Rolls (white or brown).
- Fresh basil, chopped.
- 4 gloves of garlic.
- 4 plum tomatoes, chopped.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- 10-15 olives (black or green), chopped.
METHOD:
- Heat oven to 190°C.
- Remove rolls from packaging and wrap in foil.
- Place in preheated oven for 5 mins.
- Remove rolls from the oven and cut each one in half.
- Gently rub the toasted rolls with a cut clove of garlic.
- Spread a thin layer of chopped tomatoes, seasoned with basil, salt and pepper over the top of each half roll.
- Scatter chopped olives over the layer of seasoned plum tomatoes.
- Drizzle with some extra virgin oilve oil and serve.
