Kelkin Gluten Free Bruschetta with Olives

INGREDIENTS:



  1. 1 pack of Kelkin Gluten Rolls (white or brown).
  2. Fresh basil, chopped.
  3. 4 gloves of garlic.
  4. 4 plum tomatoes, chopped.
  5. Extra virgin olive oil.
  6. 10-15 olives (black or green), chopped.

METHOD:



  1. Heat oven to 190°C.
  2. Remove rolls from packaging and wrap in foil.
  3. Place in preheated oven for 5 mins.
  4. Remove rolls from the oven and cut each one in half.
  5. Gently rub the toasted rolls with a cut clove of garlic.
  6. Spread a thin layer of chopped tomatoes, seasoned with basil, salt and pepper over the top of each half roll.
  7. Scatter chopped olives over the layer of seasoned plum tomatoes.
  8. Drizzle with some extra virgin oilve oil and serve.
