Kelkin De Luxe Bean Mix

Seeds, grains & pulses are an invaluable part of our diet. They are a great source of protein,
iron, phosphorus & B vitamins. Our De Luxe Bean Mix benefits from an initial soaking before
cooking, as this speeds up the cooking process and makes them more digestible. We recommend
that you cover the pulses with twice their volume in cold water and leave them to soak for 4 to
8 hours, or overnight. Before cooking rinse thoroughly with cold water. If you want to add an
extra sprinkle of health to your breakfast, lunch or dinner you should try our Sunflower, Sesame
or Pumpkin Seeds also. Not only are they good for you but they taste great on their own too,
making them the perfect healthy snack!
