We recommend that you cover the pulses with twice their volume in cold water and leave them to soak for 4 to 8 hours, or overnight. Before cooking rinse thoroughly with cold water. If you want to add an extra sprinkle of health to your breakfast, lunch or dinner you should try our Sunflower, Sesame or Pumpkin Seeds also.
