Our Gluten Free Porridge is ideal for those following a coeliac diet and who want a healthy start to the day. We all know that porridge is a slow release food and keeps us going right up to lunch time.

Directions for use


Recommended Serving: 50g Gluten Free Porridge, 220ml Water/Milk.

Hob Method:


1. Stir the milk or water into the porridge flakes and bring to the boil.
2. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. If you wish to sweeten we suggest you drizzle a spoonful of our Pure Irish Honey over the cooked porridge.

Microwave Method:


1. Mix the porridge flakes with cold water or milk.
2. Heat on high for 1 minute.
3. Stir, then continue to heat for a further 2 minutes on a medium to high setting.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Sweeten to taste if required.
